بدأ حياته المهنية في شركة بريتيش بتروليوم ثم انتقل إلى شركة شل، حيث عمل على سفن النفط والغاز قبل أن ينتقل إلى قسم التأمين البحري في شل في عام 2012.

In 2013, Mathew joined SPT (now STSMS) as a project engineer. His successful project deliveries in Tianjin, Kuwait, Indonesia, and Jordan led to his advancement to Head of Assurance. In this role, he managed the implementation of FSU projects in Jamaica, transhipment hubs in Norway, and FSRU projects in Egypt.
