He also has a successful track record in leading transformative change and embedding robust safety cultures across teams.

As Managing Director of STS Marine Solutions, Jason leads the company’s strategic direction and growth. Jason holds a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Systems Engineering, and he is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
