كيرون بيمبسون

Kieron joined STS Marine Solutions in 2019 as a project coordinator, assisting with several projects across the organisation.

In 2026, he was elevated to the role of HSEQ lead, where he is responsible for strategising and managing the assurance and quality requirements to align the STSMS business units with their objectives. Additionally, he collaborates with the larger projects and operations team to ensure that all assurance concerns are addressed and that the company complies with relevant laws, recommendations, and contractual obligations.

Kieron also holds the IOSH Managing Safety certificate and the Impellus Level 5 certificate in learning and organisational leadership.
